Industrial Designers take on a leading cause of death in hospitals. As a minor germophobe this was a pleasure to work on. British designers used their craft to help fight the spread of bacteria in hospitals through use of material, form and function. The furniture is built to decondtruct and uses impermeable material. As if creating a forcefield, the furniture expelling germs and protects the health of patients. |
